Food Safety Training: Cooking For Crowds

This program helps nonprofit organizations, and their volunteers keep up-to-date and knowledgeable about food safety rules and regulations.

Each volunteer group serving at Shelter must have at least one person in the kitchen who has attended food safety training.

Any volunteer is welcome to attend.
